For help with scoring, match setup, player cards or voice features, email the address above with your app version, device model and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes. No account is required to use the app.

البيانات على جهازك يحفظ التطبيق أسماء وبطاقات اللاعبين ونتائج المباريات والإعدادات والتسجيلات التي تختار إنشاءها داخل مساحة التطبيق على جهازك. لا يتطلب حساباً، ولا يتضمن إعلانات أو أدوات تتبع أو تحليلات خارجية في هذه النسخة. لا يستقبل المطوّر هذه البيانات على خادم خاص به.
الميكروفون والتعرف على الكلام الميكروفون اختياري للأوامر الصوتية والتسجيلات المخصصة. تستخدم الأوامر خدمة Apple Speech؛ تجري المعالجة على الجهاز عند توفرها، وإلا قد تُرسل بيانات الصوت والسياق اللازم للتعرف إلى Apple وفق سياساتها. يمكن تفعيل «التعرف على الجهاز فقط» من الإعدادات أو استخدام التسجيل باللمس. لا يحفظ التطبيق صوت الأوامر كملفات تسجيل؛ أما التسجيلات المخصصة التي تنشئها فتُحفظ محلياً لإعادة تشغيلها.
المشاركة والنسخ الاحتياطي لا تُشارك صورة النتيجة إلا باختيارك من ورقة المشاركة. تخضع الخدمة التي تختار المشاركة معها لسياستها. قد تشمل النسخ الاحتياطية التي يديرها نظام التشغيل بيانات التطبيق بحسب إعدادات جهازك وحسابك.
التحكم والحذف يمكن إيقاف إذن الميكروفون والتعرف على الكلام من إعدادات iOS. يمكنك حذف المحتوى من أدوات الحذف المتوفرة داخل التطبيق. حذف التطبيق (وليس إلغاء تحميله فقط) يزيل بياناته المحلية؛ النسخ الاحتياطية تُدار من إعدادات Apple. حذف بطاقة لاعب لا يمحو بالضرورة معلوماته المحفوظة في مباريات سابقة.
الدعم إذا راسلت بريد الدعم، نستعمل ما ترسله للرد ومعالجة طلبك. لا ترسل معلومات لا تحتاجها المساعدة. يمكن التواصل لطلبات الخصوصية على البريد أعلاه.
English Padel Pulse stores player cards, match records, settings and custom recordings within the app on your device. This version has no sign-in, advertising, third-party tracking or analytics SDK. The developer does not receive this app data on a developer-operated server.
Microphone access is optional for voice commands and recordings you choose to create. Commands use Apple Speech. Processing occurs on device when supported; otherwise audio and recognition context may be sent to Apple under Apple's policies. Enable on-device-only recognition in settings, or use touch scoring. Command audio is not saved by the app as recording files. Custom recordings are stored locally for playback.
Score images are shared only through a sharing action you initiate. Your selected destination has its own privacy policy. Operating-system backups may include app data depending on your device settings.
You can revoke microphone and speech permissions in iOS Settings and use available in-app deletion controls. Deleting the app, rather than offloading it, removes its local data. Manage backups through Apple settings. Removing a player card does not necessarily remove historical match snapshots or recordings retained for those matches.
